Why is steam market so slow

Everything i spend money on steam theyre market takes literally 50 minutes just to load an item half, of the time i cant even buy anything because of the wait or because of the market not fonctionning now i dont know if its my wifi or pc or even phone but its on everythin and everywhere i go so if yhis could be fixed this would be nice

The issue has been on Valve's end for nearly 3 months. Just refresh the page, slowly, until it works.

I bought 5 tour of duty tickets yesterday and the game said something that "the paiment was succesfull but its gonna take a bit to load" its been about more than a day and i still havent gotten my tickets but my money was taken so i wonder how much longer it will take
