So, whatever issue you have in that game, has nothing to do with Steam.
Keep in mind that doing a fraudulent chargeback will enable Valve to file charges and suspend all accounts linked to that payment method.
My lost ark account was banned.
The charge back would not be fraudulent as I cannot even contact Amazon games department.
They unjustly banned my account. At this point I don't really care anymore the service has been garbage and they can ban all my accounts.
I'm so fed up with the support channels for Amazon games and it seams steam is almost identical to them.
I can't even open a ticket to talk to steam support to have them help resolve the issue. The person at fault here is Amazon games department.
And Steam Support can not assist with issues related to a third party game service.
That's like going to Walmart and complain about a ban in a game you bought there.
How do you figure. I can't even contact their support so what am I suppose to do?
I can't open a ticket on steam? What do I do? Accept being falsely flagged and let them keep the money?
Be realistic here what are the discussion avenues available here to resolve this?
Steam support is not a side here, so they won't help (game is not owned by Valve).
If you go with chargeback option, you'll get that method banned for you on Steam.
As i said, the issue is between you and Amazon. Not Valve/Steam. Valve has everything they are required in the contracts between you and them.
If you do a chargeback, you are in violation of those contracts and will be handled accordingly.
Again, your issue is with Amazon, so they are the only ones you have to talk with.
Do not create even more problems for yourself by doing foolish actions.
Have you tried their actual support?
Yes probly over 3 times now. Live chat and phone support. They all refer you to the same page.
Appeal a ban link below:

Same page they wont let you talk with someone or reappeal. What am I suppose to do just sit there looking at the page and mumble to myself?
They did not ban you for no reason.
As for:
Chargeback fraud is a growing problem that affects businesses of all types and sizes.
Poor customer service is the problem. When I charge back what are they gonna say we don't want to talk to the individual?
Good line to throw at the card company.
I'm at the point where I don't care anymore their customer service is complete garbage. 2-3 more days is all im waiting to get this resolved in the meantime I will continue contacting their general phone support.
I'm the one here trying to get this resolved. Their system is flawed.
Paint it as you will.
I know for a fact I did nothing wrong. My girlfriend as well knows for a fact.
I'll eat the steam account bans and never go on the platform again. I don't care anymore.
They deleted the thread I created on their discord. There was a lengthy chat with many people there experiencing the same thing. As well as others discussing the topic.
I'll part ways for good knowing I did nothing wrong.
