Steam and embark studio pls read me
Steam and embark studio is not responsible to customers at all.I bought 1150 Multibuck in game The Finals and it was deducted from Mastercard for 349 ฿ but I didn't get any Multibuck and the game couldn't answer what to do and Steam refused to refund the money. I What the hell is this? My money disappeared

It's called a HOLD placed on your funds by the bank.

Check your transaction status.

Pending = Valve is still waiting for the money.... so wait...
Failed = The transaction failed for some reason and Valve didn't get the money. Your bank will release the funds back to you in a few days.
