Getting to Level 10 on Steam

I honestly haven't paid that close attention to the levels before, but I've seen ppl's profiles look neat and was curious how to add my favorite game to my own profile. Apparently I need to be Level 10? Can someone explain how I can do this easily?

mee too i really wanna know i tried to do community leader steam and cs2 drop card and then I've level 7 and stuck here pls give me some advice

With steam trading cards. You can obtain them by playing games or buying them on the Steam Market. Basically you have to buy all the cards of a game's badge to obtain it. Each game's badge are like 100XP and each badge has 5 levels. Hope this help you!

Complete your community badge (completing 27 out of 28 tasks will give you 500 XP) and also complete at least 1 game badge (5 levels = 500 XP).

1000 XP is enough to reach Steam level 10.

You get to use a single showcase every 10 level.

It's not that important. Steam levels are meaningless

play games, make badges (get trading cards for games) and craft things with gems. (the last one idk)

if you want to do it as quickly as possible - buy some sets of trading cards on the steam market and craft them into level 5 badges. it will only take one or two to reach level 10

I just see it as a requirement with some people and was always just curious to know why they'd set one.
