Question about WARP
so i want to ask something due to steam's finicky and tight security and due to not wanting breaking any rules, do WARP Cloudfare count as a VPN? does steam allows the use of it? since it helps me gets my internet fast but it doesnt necessarily hide ip or anything

Yes Cloudflare WARP does use VPN.
Steam explicitly forbids the use of VPN for any reason.
But, so far people have only been acted on it they faked a location outside their country.
