Am I able to spend money for steam funds by using Apple Pay?

So yeah uh, I’m not too new to steam but I kinda need some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ help right now, my steam account is like 75% limited and I’m not able to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ friend request anyone and it’s all bc I haven’t spend at least 5$ on stuff, but is it possible that i can buy funds with Apple Pay?

You can accept a friend request from a real friend and they can gift your account a digital gift card worth $5, which you then spend in the store to fully unlock your account. I say real friend because you can buy them something in real life with Apple Pay for $5 to make it a fair exchange.
