changing turkey lira to USD

today i woke and i and the first thing i saw was the turkey prices was USD but my steam wallet and market still in lira .
what the hell is going on here? i dont know how much i have in USD.
and games have a higher price ...
i read the steam announce about changing turkey currency and they wrote:
Developers set the price of their game(s) on Steam in the LATAM - USD and MENA - USD regions, though our recommended pricing is a reduced USD price. If a developer does not set LATAM/MENA pricing before November 20th, we will default to their regular USD pricing.
So , is it happend right now or it going happen?

The Turkish Lira and several other countries currency have been removed from Steam due to their low value.
You can still pay with Lira, but your bank will need to convert it into USD, using the current exchange rates.
1 Lira=$0.035 (or just under 4¢) USD, right now that is the comparison of the currency value.

but lira is on wallet, no on credit cards

Positive: Some have updated their prices when Valve announced it. Some will make changes before the end of the year but the majority will wait until after the new year (Jan -Feb) to make their changes.

Negative: Some won't bother at all.
