inexperienced player needs advice

Hello, maybe a stupid question , but I have no skills about games and technical requirements...I really would like to know, which games I can download and play on my PC. It is Lenovo V15 G4 AMN, AMD Ryzen 5 7520U with Radeon Graphics 2.80 GHz, Windows 11. Is there any website where I enter these specs and it will sort me a list of games that my machine will run? (I would like to play GTA V.)

should be able to play gta5 but put it all on low. as its a gaming laptop the cooling is really bad if you would like to find out more about your laptop and what games it can run just get a game in mind that you want to play then put it into youtube with your laptop specs hope this helps. if you need anymore help feel free to add me

be careful when u play higher graphic level games you could
1 crash the game alot
2. u could over load ur computer
and 3 u could melt ur graphic chip.

i have heard of all this happening!!
