New Steam Deck won’t connect to WiFi

Any ideas? We were able to get it to connect to a hotspot and do the update but still can’t get it to connect to our WiFi. Tried a WiFi reset and factory reset on the device. Neither worked.

I contacted support and they gave me a fix.

Shutdown your deck

Hold the … button in the bottom right corner

Hold the - volume button

Press power button until you hear a chime then release. This resets your devices firmware. I turned my steam deck on and it worked fine after this.

I just got mine. Wouldn't connect to my wifi out of the box. Tried this, worked straight away.
