Hello Steam support, I hope you have a good day. I wanted to say my heart, you have many users from Iran, like most platforms in the world, they support the Persian language and support them.
It is true that our country is embargoed and we cannot use Steam and gift cards from other countries with our country's money, but we are also human.
In our country, Iran, people are oppressed.
{I just wanted a request from the Steam support, please add Farsi language to Steam, thanks}

open a ticket with the support saying anything here won't help. but to save you some time steam support won't give a ♥♥♥♥ they add languages when they feel like

steam support only assists with account and billing issues, making a ticket for this issue would be a waste of time, they have nothing to do with what languages are supported and cannot add/remove/change anything.

if you want to see them add a language, it would be best to post in the suggestion forum. that is the forum that the steam developers look thru for feedback, ideas and suggestions.

Farsi is long from being a supported language on Steam, if at all in the foreseeable future.

You can use Steam in Iran but physical gift cards/codes may not work in your country but being sent a digital Steam wallet card directly from one Steam account to another will work.
