Total Club Manager 2004 on Steam?

Hey guys, I wanted to purchase the game Total Club Manager 2004 (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Total_Club_Manager_2004) or The F.A. Premier League Football Manager 99 (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/The_F.A._Premier_League_Football_Manager_99) But I can not find it under the search results. Its not supported by Origin or EA, an old game who is waiting for online distribution. Is there a way i can request for Steam to upload games for me to purchase?

I know it is a bit late to reply on this topic but currently there is no option to buy the game from their shops simply because there is no sales for this game anymore. The best bet is to get the game from another sources, patch up to the 1.2 version and then run the game with steam. In that way you can run the game smoothly.
