Guys where is GTA V I can't find it for some reason somebody told me that you could buy GTA V so where is it

It is unavailable in the UAE, Russia, Belarus and Saudi Arabia.

Banned from sale in the first and last countries. The middle two are restricted from purchasing because Rockstar removed them from sale while the war is still ongoing.
