i went to 5 Different stores here in Blackpool , everybody has ran out off Steam Gift Cards , why the shortage

The stores simply have not restocked them.

Then wait till they do restock.
If you have a credit/debit card you can buy Steam gift cards from sites like Amazon or GameStop, they will email you the code that the cards have.

i don't have Credit or Debit Cards , ill wait and hope Shops restock

Just purchase a regular Visa gift card. Those work too.
