Where can I find the Browser tab in Steam?

In the new Steam interface, the Browser tab in the settings has disappeared. It simply isn't there. How to clear the cache now?

For some reason it is now under Settings > In Game > Delete Web Browser Data

Steam -> Settings -> In Game -> Delete Web Browser Data for browser data

Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Clear Download Cache for cache
