Won't let buy CSGO Keys

Hello !

My account was originally created in Belgium but I didnt play it for 4 years then I moved to France, decided to come back to csgo, then I saw that I had 200€ of cases to open, I bought 50€ to buy keys with French debit card but guess what ? I can't open my cases , my store steam is already updated to france , the support seems to be afk even if I sent them all the proof that I live in France they said they can't change the country's marketplace of my account 🤡

If anyone has a solution please help

Try making a store purchase using Big Picture Mode and see if that updates your account properly.

Did you place the case in the X-ray scanner first? It won't let you buy a key for it until you do.
