Download game images for "square" view and big picture

How do I download or put steam to download these images? it took so long to load every time that I start big picture, and they don't appear in offline mode, can steam download my 80 games images or do I need download one by one in google images and config?

If you right-click the image box, there will be a "set custom image" option. Browse to a pic you like. I am on here miffed at the same thing. Steam has to re-download every Image every time, and Steam won't load them offline. Isn't there a temp internet files cache? It's gotta be a simple overlook i'm sure? :) Where are they downloaded to?
