How Do i know if i am eligible for trade offers?

I had just created my account for 1 week already and I can't recieve trade offers from G2A (it doesn't show up any trade offers although i had refresh it many times and follow the exact instruction)

It should say when you are eligible when you are trying to trade, also you should use the mobile app and set up the mobile authenticator so you dont have to wait 15 days for the trade to go through

I have downloaded steam and added an authenticator. However, i still cannot trade with g2a as i do not recieve any items. I have also finished my 15 days trade hold.

Go to settings and see if your account is protected by steamguard, try to get the highest protection possible, this should solve the problem.

At the moment your account is limited. You will have a premium account shortly, 1 month after you bought CIV V (in hours, not per claendar datum). That is, when you indeed bought your games and did not have them gifted.

Then your account will remain limited untill you spend the equivalent of 5 US$.
(Begging is not allowed on the forums) Perhaps you can persuade a RL friend or familymember to give you a Steam prepayed card so you can choose a game you realy want?

you also need a steam guard on your phone. you don't need a phone, you can just get a fake one using an emulator, just make sure that the emulator is trusted.
