Refund part of a bundle?

So i've bought the sniper ghost warrior bundle for 80 off so 4 bucks and i was wondering if i do not like, say the DLC could i refund it and get maybe like 20-60 cents back or is that not how steam works?

You can get a refund for any downloadable content on steam (DLC, Bundles, Games.). But you can only get a refund if you have played it for less than 2 hours. Here's the link to request a refund: help.steampowered.com
Select Purchase > then sign in > select what you want a refund for > it's not what I expected > I'd like to request a refund.
Usually you should recieve a refund within 1 - 2 hours, but if you purchased the game with money from your steam wallet, it can go up to 24 hours before you recieve your refund.

When i do that it says to refund the entire bundle when i actually just want to refund one game

It's a bundle, you can't seperate it.

Yeah, you pretty much can't seperate it and 'pretty much' is my definite answer. Steam may add the ability to seperate a bundle in a future update, but I don't see that coming very soon, you should tell steam in the suggestions.
