Buy Dying Light in a Land that is legal, and play it in a Land that is forbidden?

Hello!
Can you help me with an answer,please?
I've moved to Germany and there, the game Dying Light is not legal,so I can't even search for it on Steam becasue it wont show in Store. And now I am back in my country for 2 weeks in holidays and I've must change my Steam Store location so here I have searched for it and I can buy Dying Light for 49,99 Euro on Steam. My question is: What can happen if i buy this game here but i will play it there in Germany where is forbidden?

Although it doesn't appear in the steam store in germany, it's still possible to obtain the game via trading or gifting, and the game still runs even if you're connected to a German IP, meaning it is legal to play the game in Germany.

Plasmapause, I have still another question:
You said that I can play it via gifting, even if i have a german IP. So is playable. But if I buy it here and activate it here, and in Germany I will play offline,will this be a problem?

I just want to play it also here. Is this not the same if i buy it and install it from here where is legal, or someone send it to me via gifting. It appears that both options are the same,because the game will be in my library anyway(gift recieved or if I buy myself from here)... Or I have to wait till I arrive in Germany and there someone must gift me this game and download it in Germany? Can you guys tell me what is the best option? Thank you for help!

It's only illegal to sell the game, it's not illegal to play.

I don't know how to use SteamDB and I don't know which is the correct package.

But is it allowed to run? Maybe. It doesen't mention anything about that.
But I don't know how to use SteamDB and I don't know how to get the correct ID since using the store ID for the enhanced edition here in Sweden brought up no hit on SteamDB.

Germany and also Australia is like that for some reason.
I guess in Germany it may have started with "omg Wolfenstein is nazi!" and then a lot of other games. It's so silly and indeed one reason to avoid living in both countries which is sad because at-least Australia is likely good otherwise. But no sane westerner should want censorship.
