Your account does not have sufficient privileges to perform this action. Please make sure that you own the this game and that your account is in good standing.
Im trying to rate a item in one of the workshops but I get this message "Your account does not have sufficient privileges to perform this action. Please make sure that you own the this game and that your account is in good standing." Is there something I need to do?

I figured it out. You have to have or had the game your trying to rate in your library to rate any workshops.
