CAN'T ADD FRIENDS
hi! i just created a new steam account but the problem is i cant add friends to this account .. when I'm trying to add some friends a message box always appear and said that " your account does not meet the requirements to use this function" .. please help

You'll need to view the Limited User Account Steam support article about unlimiting your account, and being able to send out friend invitations.

You have a limited user account add 5USD to your new account and it will be unlocked.

Damn. I have the same problem. But I don't have money to spend. But why is it people can add me but I can't add them? Kinda weird?

Because those people spent that money. The system is fine as it is. Would be a ugly world here if any level 0 bot, scammer or troll could send us a friend request.

Didn't you already detail this issue in a previous thread that you've created?

The OP had issues with his account being limited and your issue isn't anything similar to this.

That isn't a possible explanation.

If that was the case you wouldn't be able to add users and level up.

Other Steam users can't add me anymore... Try adding me on Steam, It won't show as a request in my notifications.
