Installing League of Legends on Steam Deck

Hey all, does anyone have instructions on how they got league of legends to work on steam deck? I was able to get the installer to run however I’m not able to get the .exe client to launch properly, basically starts and immediately closes the process. I’m running proton 7.0-3 for the compatibility. I’m able to get Battle.net and overwatch using the same setup.
