I got a ban from PUBG PC for a silly reason

my cousin play PUBG mobile with hack on his PC... he told me that he want try PUBG PC to know the different ... anyway i gave him my account and he played PUBG PC with ((no hack)) ... the next I received a message from devs that i got ban from PUBG PC .... why ?

So, I got ban from PUBG PC because of my cousin who played with my account on his pc which already got banned because he was hacking on PUBG mobile on his Pc? is that a reason get banned ?

Note that i didn't use a hack for my whole life and my account is clean since 2005. i communicate with the devs they didn't give any reason

that's not fair

The only silly thing here is that you gave your account to someone else, especially knowing him cheating.

why in first place give your account to him to play?

remember your pubg account was your own and when you share even to cousin issues like this happen. Well life moves so don't panic just next time be careful and not share to anyone as you never know what is going to happen.
Nor will they. Your account security is your responsibility. Your ban will not be lifted. Hopefully this has taught you a lesson.

or maybe they want any reason to ban people to let them to buy the game again and again

no, not silly ... because they also ban people who play at a gaming cafe where other players were using hacks before on the same pc ..

also everyone share their accounts with their friend and family that's it not a good reason to ban someone who use hack on other game

or maybe you should start reading and following the rules you agreed to. you are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. they cannot see who is in control of the account when it cheats, they can only see that the account is cheating. take it up with your cousin, the forums cannot assist you with your ban.

it does not matter what others do, what matters is what you do. make a new account and do a better job protecting it and keeping it away from computers that have cheats installed on them.

You know that Valve could terminate your account for violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement, right?
You know, for sharing your account despite that being explicitly forbidden.
You have bigger issues than just being banned from one game.

maybe you should read and understand. this is not ban appeal forum, if you want to appeal your PUBG ban, contact PUBG.

PUBG Ban appeal
https://pubgsupport.zendesk.com/

you only have your cousins word for what happened, PUBG has the logs of what happened. cheaters will lie about what caused the ban

man, i don't know .. i contact them and they said "we have the authority to ban any person without giving him a reason"
Wolf Knight Nov 16, 2019 @ 6:59am
then you have your answer. does not matter what your story is, its just a story to us. this is a discussion you need to have with your cousin about their gaming habits.

if you want to play PUBG, make a new steam account, start over in the game, stop sharing your account. everything that has happened is 100% your fault and was 100% avoidable had you taken things more serious.

steam recommends that you do not use publicly accessible computers to game on, especially games that use VAC or anticheats that will ban just for having a cheat installed.

6. Penalty Criteria for Misconduct
  • 8) The Company may restrict users from running the game if misconduct was found from specific hardware device in order to maintain fair gaming environment.

Basically a HWID ban.

You were not banned for giving your personal steam account. Your cousin cheated WHILE USING YOUR ACCOUNT. That is the reason. Why on earth would you give personal info to one that has proven to cheat? Family or not this person has demonstrated he is a gamer that cheats. So what do you do? You give him another chance to cheat. So what does he do? He cheats under your name.
