static/buzzing noise after starting a game

at the beginning of a game, i sometimes experience static/buzzing noise momentarily and then all comms seem to disappear. i can't hear them and they can't hear me, anything from discord to in game voice chat. but after i start a new game (in pubg) the cvoice chat starts working again. in the case of discord, after i disconnect and reconnect to the chat server, it starts working again.

its not my computer because i checked the output of my mic and i can hear my voice. it usually happens in pubg when waiting for all the players to enter the game. and in rainbow 6, its just random. can't seem to find any solution to this. been happening for a few months.

i reinstalled the audio drivers, updated bios and everything. still nothing worked. tho it is happening less frequently now. so if someone has a solution or wanna suggest some ideas, that'll be great!
