fixing controller configuration for multiple controllers

Something in my Steam cloud, or overall steam config not allowing more than one game controller to work via steam.

It seems to be an issue with my account cuz I tried to hard reset my whole PC, even using geforce now with my steam account linking not solving the issue.

Steam does recognize more than one controller, but if I will try to use more than one controller like games like rocket league , it just won't allow me to add another player for split screen, the issue seems to be with the whole steam account not device related , and its effects all games.

Will glad for some help to fix that issue, thanks.

Uninstall d4 windows.... Only use 1 controller at a time. Use USB cable with your controller and plug and unplug your USB controller in more then once to get it to recognise your controller. Also reset your ps4 and ps5 controller with that little button on the back of the controller. You need a pin to reset this button..... press it for 10 seconds.
