i got hacked and the hacker use my account in csgo and do ♥♥♥♥♥♥ things

and i got game ban on csgo any tips than can helped me recover my csgo i got all the details in here screenshots and everyhting,. happened yesterday. hopefully steam support helped me again.

good thing they recovered my account for 8 hours and after i got my account back, i open my steam and got game ban, then i check the recently game and played with during the time i got hacked, it was all russian, and the ip address that hacked my account was from russia too, hopefully you guys can helped me. because even though i dont have items in csgo this account was very precious to me.

CSGO game bans are permanent, doesnt matter who used the account to cheat.

you will need to make a new steam account and start over in CSGO if you wish to play on secured servers.

make sure you figure out how you gave away your account log in. if you dont, you will have more accounts being hijacked.

1. I suggest just reinstalling your whole windows OS, As Your account has been hacked using a malware that sent your login details to the hacker (The piece of ♥♥♥♥).
2. Change all your passwords
3. Make sure to read about How the accounts are Hacked because that'll benefit you.

Also You can always try your luck by contacting steam support and providing all the evidence, There's always that very small chance of hope also that might help because you haven't got any ban For 8 years.

i just did all the things u've suggested thanks for reminding me again, and already send a messsage to steam support hopefully they will do something about it. i can get a new account and buy csgo and stuffs but this account is precious to hopefully steam support will helped me again :)

you should rethink your defination of a troll account.

the policy for CSGO game bans is "Permanent, no appeals, doesnt matter who used it to cheat". just because they said they would review it does not mean the ban is going to be removed. and I do not remember seeing any CSGO game bans get removed because an account was hijacked.

Even if support "reviews" your account as you claim, they will not remove the game ban. It literally says so right in the Steam FAQ.
