you will need to make a new steam account and start over in CSGO if you wish to play on secured servers.
2. Change all your passwords
3. Make sure to read about How the accounts are Hacked because that'll benefit you.
the policy for CSGO game bans is "Permanent, no appeals, doesnt matter who used it to cheat". just because they said they would review it does not mean the ban is going to be removed. and I do not remember seeing any CSGO game bans get removed because an account was hijacked.

Apex Legends Counter Strike Cheat Codes Virus
This is the first rule of the player warned:
we do not download any program supposed to unlock
the cheat codes of a game and boost your skills.
Never. Evil took some gullible gamers who thought
of entering the Hall of Fame of
ApexLegends or Counter Strike: Global Offensive .
By installing on their computer executable files
that meet the sweet titles
of "ApexLegends New Cheat 0.2.1" and "CSGO Aimbot + Wallhack",
they hosted Baldr. A very indiscreet malware.
Transactions on the Dark Web
Baldr is a great vacuum
cleaner of personal data. Once launched on your PC, it will be able
to recover your Steam, Epic Games or Battle.net credentials.
More critically, he will have access to your credit card number
and your Paypal account. A boon for its designers who do not
hesitate to sell them on the Dark Web without any traceability.
The complaints related to Baldr are still minimal.
There are fewer than six hundred in the world,
mainly in the United States and Russia. The cybersecurity
company Sophos however recommends to be wary of the links present
in the descriptions of YouTube videos, on Twitch chats or exchanged via Discord.
These are the main vectors of the malware. This one is still active and in circulation.
Even if support "reviews" your account as you claim, they will not remove the game ban. It literally says so right in the Steam FAQ.

"I wasn't using my account when I received a VAC ban. Can it be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time of the infraction, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed. While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy."
