. Crashed pc had to get reset. lost new copy of Elden Ring

. get back on and cannot find Elden Ring in Library. Also does Steam charge a monthly fee to belong? I had 40.dollars in Wallet now only have 30.02. Do not care about money gone I want Elden Ring back.

You cannot lose your games. Once bought, you have access to it forever.

Check if you hid the library. There is a search bar at the top of the library, type in Elden Ring, and the game should pop up.

About the Wallet balance, check your Marketplace and Recent Purchases history. If you feel anything is amiss, contact Steam Support.
