Auto change Background pictures
Auto change Background pictures
Is that possible on steam? I mean it change the profile background every 5minute or so. I like a few backgrounds and wish to use them all. Its quite annoying to change them all the time. Any tips for me?

With a script it would be possible. Easiest method would probably be something like logging into your Steam account on a web browser and having a script for a browser extension like Greasemonkey, Tampermonkey, etc.

No guarantees someone will create a script that fits your request though. The best way is still to do your own bit of study to write a script yourself that exactly fits your requirements.

Moving pictures, especially if full desktop, create a too much extra bandwith which Steam will approve. Even if such a script is created it will break with next update.

There is absolutely no need for such a feature.

You act like animated artwork doesn't already exist lol. There are custom scripts that people have made so far that changes their backgrounds once in awhile and you can do this using the Steam API key.
Example of a profile that constantly switches itself https://steamcommunity.com/id/byteframe

and how does that work, i mean with the API key?
