CAPTCHA: The Garbage Software

Dear STEAM,

I just wasted my afternoon attempting to set up an account for my daughter. CAPTCHA has proudly declared that I am a Robot and that I can not recognize a hydrant.

Well, allow me to retort. CAPTCHA is a moron piece of software. Whoever implemented it apparently thinks that blocking me from setting up new accounts and buying your games is a good idea. My endless attempt to "recognize a hydrant" have led to messages claiming that I am a network auto-spamming STEAM.

Genius! You guys go!

And yes, I did go through the cmd(admin), ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset.
