I bought the games with card, I didn't even add it to the steam wallet, it just went straight to the games. It says I spent 5.30/5.00 usd to be able to be a regular non-limited access account.

you will be level 1. also, you can add a couple levels by completing the community badge. you get some of them done while the account is limited
