Game Ban New Account

so my old account has been game banned because an account i was using was game banned and that account had the same phone number if i make a new account and use that same phone number will the new account also be game banned?

YES, phone nr. is tied to the ban as well.
Some providers with prepayed cards offer free sims with a first ballance for phone (and if you're lucky, some Mb as well). I currently have 2 lying around and in the sigarette store across the street i can get more such free simcards. Simply pick one up somewhere and use that for the new Steam account.
Note, almost nothing is as free as it is advertised, ofcourse you need to revalue regularly to keep the sim/phonenr. working.

No, not realy IP. Indeed, when a cheat is present on a given computer, all accounts used during that time will get VACbannedeven if some of the acc. holders were not aware of a familymember/friend/roommate using a cheat.
On the other hand, accounts that have not been used in the time a cheat was present at that computer, will not get a ban.

thats now how it works, VAC only detects cheats while the game is running, if you use cheats on one account you risk a VAC and then use another account without cheats, that account wont be VAC banned

You will by fine, Vac bans only apply to your other accounts at the time of the ban. Phones affected by a vac ban cannot be used as an authenticator for 90 days after the ban[1]. They will not ban your future accounts unless you violate another rule, and evading a vac ban is not an issue they even tell you to repurchase the game on another account if you want to play[2].
*source 2 is from my own vac ban information so i can confirm this information.

Yes, you are right, bad wording on my part. VACbans do not apply to other games, only for the one with cheats present. Some cheats run in the background so that's how Ppl not actively using the cheat because they are not aware of their presence can get banned too when playing the same game. Not "all accounts" (as i wrote) playing any game.

I assume a new account with the same phone number will have you banned. Else what's the purpose of having it and banning in the first place?
