Tons of stuff in my library all of a sudden

Hey, I've played consoles all my life (32 yrs old), made the switch to PC about two weeks ago. I've been enjoying playing the old titles like half -life on my not-quite-gaming PC

Yesterday i look in my library there are about twenty games I didn't purchase, servers, random stuff. I am scared to download any of it. Where did it come from?

Waaaaaiiiitttt I did download Unity to mess with. Did these all come with that?

You've clearly signed up to Steam at some point, and somehow forgotten that you did. If you didn't buy any of these games, then consider changing your Steam password immediately and enabling Steam Guard.

I definitely bought the deus ex pack in 2013 or therabouts and didnt really get into pc at that point. These twenty odd games are all valve centric and I did just buy the half life pack so that's probably it. Changed my password and looking into steamguard.

Yeah I'm dumb I un-ticked TOOLS and sure enough there's just the games I remember buying, must've gotten all the tools from unity, it's just weird they're for a bunch of games I don't have, the source engine, dedicated servers and IDK what else.

All accounts have them listed but can't be accessed without ownership of said game.

Uncheck the Tools filter in the Games drop down menu above the game list on the left.
