Awful misleading website. steam game that was presented as a CD Key download code, it was really a user profile with a game attached to it. Terrible, unhelpful and surprisingly rude customer service, no refund issued. Would not recommend using this company. Many of the "positive reviews" here appear to be fake spam in attempt to conceal all the genuine negative reviews, avoid these scammers

I tried to buy a game at their side... yesterday, paid got a key and then : duplicate code error from steam.

This company is still active march 2023 and still gets mixed of positive and really bad reviews (reviews where people don't get anything that works basically) and sometime someone that says after a long while it works... I'm trying to get it to work...

Basically they always refer you need to send a mail to their 'supervisor' but that doesn't work...

Their terms-of-use are not followed either... they mention keys that don't work and that you should message the address in the terms of use... but that bounced, the chat refers to another mail adress that doesn't seem to reply (yet) and their contact formular is not one where you get at least an automatic mail reply with what you sent (and doesn't seem to change anything yet either)

Looks like they stall for time so you don't try to block your payment... I messaged them to cancel the order and refund but they again refer for that to their 'supervisor' mail... the company claims to be French Enjify (Universal Gaming) - 384 Route de Rouen - SIRET : 82932541400037 - if that is true then it seems that even within Europe you can have these types of sites working, where you just need to reply after a sale with something of key code that just doesn't work...

If I get something for my money within the next month or so I will reply here what I got.

If someone has some European or French mail or site where you can sent ask for a investigation to close this site let me know.

I got a mail from their 'supervisor' of the support chat. He message he would look into it with the 'merchant' and he asked for screenshot :

Please send us a description of what happened, including screenshots of the key activation:
All keys entered in the activation window during the activation process,
Error messages if you received any,
Account Activity Information (Account Settings > Store Menu > Account Activity Information)
If you have an account in the United States, please send us a screenshot of your purchase history.
"

However the way he describes the account activity information, does not exactly exist in Steams and then it seems he would get screenshots of my friends and when they were last active etc... I didn't provide him that but rather a screenshot where it showed which games I recently played + an overview of the 'recent' licenses I activated on steam (so he can see that the game I bought is not in that either)
