is it safe to use exitlag ? im afraid of getting banned ..

I'm pretty sure that's just some snakeoil software to begin with.

Want better latency? Try to live closer to the server you're connecting to and have an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth that will handle a basic connection to a server.

I don't know much about ExitLag but if it doesn't interfere with your game files or do any type of hooking to CS:GO you have no reason to worry.
