Will you get Steam Points for activating a product key?

I'm considering to buy games from Instant Gaming, if i activate key in Steam, will I get Steam Points?

No, you get Steam points from buying from the Steam store and being awarded points for content you contribute. Points have nothing to do with activating keys.

activating a key just active the product on where you got it. lets say for you got the key from humble bundle and want to active it for example. sure can! this is not relevant to steam points since you don't gain any points except the game/product from working (if the key is legit)
if you wish, buying games will gain you points for every $1 spent ($1 = 100 points) or you can contribute by helping others,,
