I don't know about downloading homemade content....That could be looked at as a cheat...You wouldn't want that now would you..!!

Mods available on the Steam Workshop. screenshots, artwork. Those are all things individuals users may make. "Homemade" is a bit of an odd term in context. But it could be applied to those.
