Cant join Rust severs due to VAC?

Ive been VAC banned a couple times but it none of them effect rust.
I dont know why but im restricted from certain servers on games that I am not VAC banned from. Nor are they effected. No VAC bans apply to rust. There has got to be a way to fix this cause it is just not fair.

If any Rust servers are running VAC software, which they will be in this case as they do, and if you connect and do cheat, then you'll be banned immediately and from connecting to the game host in future. There's nothing that can be done to get a ban lifted.

Please open steam and click on 'Steam' at the top left and then on 'Settings' and let us know if any indication of a VAC ban is present. It'll normally say 'No VAC Bans on Account'.

You're VAC banned, thus can't play on any VAC secured server on any game.

server admins can set their servers to autokick an account that has a game/vac ban, reguardless of the game the ban is for. You have multiple bans on the account, thus the server you want to play on will not allow you access for that reason. And it is fair, they dont want to allow people that either cheat or are careless with their account security access to their server.

incorrect. VAC bans only block access to vac secured servers for the game the ban is issued for. a CSGO vac ban will not block him from Offical rust servers, but private servers can block him.
