Unlike consoles, PC has WAY more variety regarding system specifications. You can't expect the devs to test their games on 1000 PC's all with different hardware specifications.
I have a Ryzen 5 3500U with Vega Graphics 8 2GB and 8GB RAM DDR4 for example. The websites say I can't even run CSGO or Valorant, yet I can play both those games at high settings and still have 60+fps.
Heck, I can even run Doom Eternal. I tested it today.
The websites use statistics, not actual experience. It's like someone saying they don't like Far Cry therefore the Far Cry series sucks. I would test the games on my new PC and even if I ended up not being able to run them well at least i could be assured what games I could run at the time.
In fact that's what i did until I got this PC.
Point is: Go by experience nott statistics
