Can I refund my money to my virtual VISA debit card?

So I want to purchase Rainbow Six Siege Full Edition (not the Starter, Year 2 Gold or Complete Ed) and I want to know if the game will be worth it if I play here in my country (PH). I'm gonna use my virtual debit card to purchase the game and was wondering if I ever want to refund the game, can I refund my money to my virtual debit card or will it be refunded and transferred to my Steam Wallet. Thanks!

There's also the point that Refunding isn't a permanent thing, you can't just show a receipt and return it. You need to own it for less than 2 weeks and have under... 2 hours? Playing time? In order to get a refund.

U can choose to refund to ur card or to steam wallet, only difference is timeframe...steam wallet would be a much faster refund time compared to card

Yes, I've read about that part. I just worry that my money will be transferred into my Steam Wallet, that'll urge me every single day to buy a game lol

Research the game before you buy it, the refund system is not designed to be a demo for games.

and as already said, refunding to steam wallet will be quicker where as to a different method could take 14 days.

Not all prepaid cards support merchant refunds. If your payment provider does not, then there will be an extra wait as it will take time for the refund to bounce back to Steam for them to verify and ultimately re-issue to your Steam wallet.

Yes, I've been researching R6S for quite some time now and honestly, I'm torn. A lot of people said that the game is really good and fun to play but a lot of people too said that the game has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers that I wouldn't enjoy the game.

Can you help me with this decision? Should I get R6S or not?

I'd say it's worth it if you can get someone or some people to play with.

The community and it's forums are a bit iffy and I tend to stay away since most of their regular forum users are trolls.
In-game is not too bad, there are loads of tutorials and groups you can join to help you learn.
