How about you update your post with some more general information. Perhaps tell us about what harddrive you are talking about and what do you mean with "resetting your PC".

A Factory Reset on Windows 10 doesn't delete your personal Files including Videos, Photos, Music and the Appdata Folder.

Freshly install Windows 10 on a formated Hardrive or try to delete your user account and create a similar one (this will delete every data link to this account).

That's what you get when asking such a question on a user forum for newbees in stead of doing some research for yourself, even if it is just to know more about what exactly you are asking. Very sorry for you Alien or i were not here in time to prevent this disaster.

Deleting Win32 or hidden files in general will severely (if not completely) ruin your OS. In case you do not have a back-up to restore it, try asking a computer savy person among your RL neighboors, friends or family to use the repair feature on your installation DVD or installation partition and hope for the best.

When repair feature can not be performed anymore, i'm afraid you'll have to re-install Windows. You will loose your personal files doing so. Again, a computer savy person among your RL neighboors, friends or family might be your saviour, having the means to save your personal files before re-installing Windows.
Hooking up your SSD and/or HD to another computer with about the same OS is one possibility. Also there are tools available like Boot-OS from DVD or USB. Kaspersky ResQdisk and ReaToGo MiniXP are such tools. They are very user-friendly and you even might be able to recover you personal files yourself.

Calm down, there is no way to delete System 32 from a command prompt, In fact there is no way to delete it while windows is booted full stop. System 32 is Windows, it's like trying to format your boot drive from Windows, it's not possible.

Even so, aparently OPs computer has been rendered inoperatable.

It was working fine when we helped him for exactly the same issue yesterday.

@ 130 SI VOLAA, let this also be a lesson to not doublepost. Even if Ajchad500 would have given propper advise, with such a delicate matter methodes used by different Ppl can sometimes comflict with one another. Possibly rendering both methodes void and the comnflict might even do dmg to your OS.

P.s. And the Helpfull Ppl on the Hardware & OS forum usually trump the helpfull Ppl on New to Steam forum, like me.
