Such program won't help you as your Steam Account is game banned.

i dont want to remove my vac i want to remove my hwid ban (hwid ban is your pc serial numbers and changeable

Your hardware isn't banned from the game, your account is banned from the game so a HWID spoofer won't get you around the ban.

Even if you change your HWID, you are still banned from the game.

You can't play the same computer again if you're banned 3 times in dead by daylight
