在农历新年前后一直在中国各地奔波，在辽宁、内蒙古、北京都有登陆过游戏，在内蒙古网吧里登陆游戏时发现网吧提供外挂（压枪）但并没有使用，再后来去北京玩过一次之后我的账号被封禁，我应该如何申诉解封？？？？？？
