Steam achievements in game pop-up notification ?

Hi everyone, am a console gamer mostly, I have few games on steam and apparently I have unlocked some achievements, but I've never noticed a notification for unlocking an achievement while I was playing the games like the notification I get when unlocking a trophy on PS4!!

is there a way to do this or does steam doesn't have in game pop-up notification for achievements ?

Yes, there is actually a pop-up, like when someone sends a message to you. Does your overlway works properly? Try to shift+tab, does the overlay open?

Try in "Help and tips" discussions.

sorry for the bump of this threat but i want to know if there is anyway to put the notification larger and in another corner?

You can change the position somewhere in the settings. But I don't think you can do something for the dimension.

Maybe you can change the dimension using skins. That's what they say on other threads.
