No me aparece el chat (solucionado)

Buenas gente, quisiera saber si es un problema de steam o mi steam que no aparece el chat para hablar con alguien, mandar un mensaje, solo aparece el recuadro del chat pero en negro, ya reinicia la pc, el steam tambien y sigue igual PD: solo aparece el recuadro de la gente que se conecta o juega, si me podrian ayudar gracias

yo tengo windows 7, ya de por si ayer me andaba perfecto el steam pero no se que paso con el chat

SOLUCIONADO( HAGAN UN ACCESO DIRECTO DEL STEAM EN "PROPIEDADES" Y EN DESTINO PONGAN SEGUIDO DE STEAM TATA " -nochatui -nofriendsui" EXACTAMENTE ASI SIN LAS COMILLAS LO QUE HARA ES VOLVER AL CHAT ANTERIOR DEL STEAM
