How can I remove "stream from pc"?

Hello,

I installed a game on a PC set up, which I then discovered wasn't able to run the game. I have deleted both Steam and the game from the PC, as I'll be returning it to the shop.

In the meantime, I've tried to access Steam on my Mac, and install the game there instead. But Steam on my Mac wants to try and stream the game from the PC, even though it's no longer there.

Is there any way to tell Steam on my Mac to stop trying to stream the game, and that I want to install it instead?

on the host pc
steam -> settings -> in home streaming
untick enable streaming

..ummm.. Steam and Mac. Not to good of combo. ;)..
