Silly question but, does uninstalling games in steam from one PC delete my games in the other?
AS the title says, I've bought a new gaming laptop and before uninstalling games from my previous one, I've installed most of them in the new laptop. Now I want to clear up space in my old PC by clearing the steam games, but was wondering if deleting or uninstalling them in this PC (old), would also uninstall in the new one?

No.

Steam files are local files - meaning that they will exist on specific devices.

If you delete them on one device, the other device should not be affected.

By uninstalling a game you just remove the files from the device you chose to uninstall it from. Though, you keep the game on your account and if you have it downloaded on another pc it does not uninstall itself, so you can keep playing on it. I hope that helps, i know I'm bad at explaining things.

Sorry to disappoint you, but it will completely remove the app from all attached devices where the app is installed. I was confused myself when it just happened which prompted me to search it. I recommend removing the device, uninstalling the game and then reconnecting the device.

What just happened:

I have 3 devices:
C: Laptop SSD
B: Network drive
Z: External (USB) SSD

1) I first moved content from C to Z (fine)
2) I then moved content from B to Z (fine)
3) I noticed some games on both B and Z drives
4) Those games could not be moved from B to Z
5) I proceeded to remove the duplicate games from B
6) The games got removed from both B and Z

What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moment

You're mentioning different drives rather than PCs. Which works slightly differently. I discovered that recently myself. If you have an installation of Steam on each drive, then open the Steam associated with the drive it's all good. If you uninstall a game then connect another drive that had its files, then steam will not recognise it as installed. There's no ''locate the game'' if it's already downloaded somewhere. Now, you probably can manipulate it in some way, but might as well just make it easier on you. Also, you can create game backups so that in 10-20 minutes you'll have just about every game without dealing with these issues or redownloading things, which you would be doing now.
