they will respond to your ticket when it gets to the front of the que. since there is a sales event, dont expect a response soon. could take a day or 2 before they contact you from when you submitted the ticket

and I dont accept random friend invites. anything that needs to be said can be done over the forum.

Steam employee's have a green name when they post on the forum. White names are regular steam users, gold names are regular users that have moderator powers in that forum.

The forums are not a point of contact with steam support, and steam support does not visit the forum. You need to wait till they get to your ticket.
