Should I uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio?

I have this issue with the sound being behind and in TF2 going to a new server/map makes the sound go away. Articles and youtubers say to delete Realtek High Definition Audio and restart your computer for it to comeback, but I am scared I wont comeback and I wont be able to hear anything. I am running Windows 10.

I had that problem to you need to go tipe sound in type to search hear.When you entern the sound pannel you need to find your speakers or headphones.Its probbaly that you muted in old engine problem.Just unmute youer headphones and problem is gone.If you need more help add me and aI will help you.

I cant understand what you mean. Im suppose to unmute my headphones from the sound panel?
