How do I use the "checklist format" when reviewing a game?
I see others using it when they submit reviews. It looks concise, and clean. Do they copy & paterino? If so, where do they copy it from? Or is it actually a fature of steam?

Copy/Paste. Valve will not add that as a feature.

I made a little tool for such reviews. Check it out.

This is a great idea, but you could probably execute it better.
You should add a custom text box to each answer, the answers you have programmed right now are a little off-putting.
Also adding a further comments box at the end for a description of some sort would be handy!
