i cant sell my pubg skin when i have had it for over a week?

so about one and a half weeks ago i got a paddy cap on pubg so i checked it on market and there wasnt any on the market at the time but people were putting buy orders. so i thaught i just had to wait a week to sell it but as a week goes by it still says not marketable/tradable. it also is not on the market either. pls help

ps. i have noticed alot of my skins have become not tradable/marketable as well is this a glitch or have i missed something?
